[Product Description]:

Calcium formate represents an innovative form of industrial feed additive that serves as an acidogenic mold feedstuff inhibitor by preventing diarrhea and dysentery, in addition to promoting healthy digestion and absorption rates. It can promote appetite and decrease diarrhea in piglets thereby significantly increasing weight. A few weeks after weaning piglets, 1.5% of the calcium formate should be added to the feed, which can augment growth rates by more than 12% (with an associated feed conversion rate increase of 4%).

Calcium formate can be used as a rapid solidification agent, a lubricant agent and/or a preliminary strengthening agent in cement production. As a concrete accelerator, it enhances stolidity thereby reducing setting time and water volume requirements. Calcium formate is also widely used in the production of high quality leather and as a component of other chemical compositions.
